示例：<p>2019年5月16日， “宁夏糖尿病专科联盟” 启动仪式暨《国家基层糖尿病防治管理指南（2018）》推广会议在银川召开。国家基层糖尿病防治管理办公室主任、中华医学会糖尿病分会前主委贾伟平教授、宁夏卫生健康委员会宋晨阳副主任、宁夏卫生健康委员会医政医管处杨廷江处长等领导和专家出席会议。“宁夏糖尿病专科联盟”是国家基层糖尿病防治管理办公室联合宁夏糖尿病学分会共同发起，2018年12月由宁夏卫生健康委员会批准成立。</p><p>近两年来，我院在分级诊疗和“互联网+医疗”等方面做了很多有益尝试，我们努力提升医疗服务能力，着力发展专科建设，糖尿病专科的诊疗水平有了长足的进步。同时，我院也积极参于并配合宁夏医学会糖尿病分会组织的各种义诊、健康宣教和课题调研工作，得到了医学会的一致好评。 </p><p>启动会上，宁夏卫生健康委员会...
