接口描述
在根云平台上 - 目标组织为普通组织，可查看该组织`organization`类型的所有角色 - 目标组织为订阅了根云应用开发服务的组织，不仅可以查询该组织下`organization`类型的所有角色，同时还可以查询到该组织下所有应用的`organization`类型的所有角色 在Saas应用下 - 目标组织为普通组织，可以查询到当前应用下属于该组织的`organizati
